Shipping

We are shipping from Paris, France. Shipping costs are calculated depending on your location. We will most of the time work with Mondial Relay for countries where this company operates (Western Europe). For Eastern Europe and international, we will choose the carrier depending on the prices at the shipping time.

We are committed to delivering you items in good condition. Really rarely, it can happens that the parcel arrive with small external damages especially for long distance shipping. You will get a refund ONLY if the items is damaged itself, not only the packaging. 
To get any form of refund you will have to send us proofs by e-mail. Please note that we have a lawyer to protect us against any form of scam attempt.
